摘要
公民社会的兴起和发展构成了社会转型时期政治稳定模式变革的社会动因,客观上要求政治稳定模式由统治型向治理型转变,健全和完善政治沟通机制、政治整合机制、冲突调处机制和社会管理机制,形成维护政治稳定的合力。
The rise and development of civil society constitutes the social motives of changing the political stability pattems in social transition ,which calls for transforming governance mode to regulation mode, improving and perfecting the mechanism of political communication, political integration, conflict mediation and social management, to form the joint strength to maintain political stability.
