摘要
《饭店管理》是旅游管理专业必修课程之一,在旅游管理专业教学中处于基础性地位。因而必须针对该课程的特点,探索多种教学方法,以达到培养合格的饭店管理人才的目的。
Hotel Management, as a specialty of Tourism Management, is one of the required courses. It is on basal ground on teaching of Tourism Management. Therefore, we aim at its characteristic to research more teaching method and cultivate eligible persons with ability according with the hotel management.
