摘要
阐述了科研激励机制的内涵,分析了激励机制在科研管理中的作用,并在此基础上以武夷学院为例提出了专升本院校科研管理中激励机制的构建方法。
This paper elucidates the meanings of R＆D incentive mechanisms, analyses the function of them, and finally proposes the methods of constructing R＆D incentive mechanisms for R＆D activities of such newly-upgraded colleges as Wuyi University.
