摘要
加强农业知识产权法律、行政、社会等全方位保护,对提高我省农业科技创新能力及推动社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。通过建立以专利、植物新品种权制度为核心的农业知识产权保护体系,充分有效地运用知识产权制度,激励与引导我省农业科技进行自主创新.释放农业科技人员发明创造的积极性,提高我省及海西地区农业生产的综合竞争力尤为重要。
The strengthening of agricultural intellectual property laws, administrative, social and other all-round protection, improving agricuhural science and technology innovation in our province and promote the building of new socialist countryside of great significance. Through the establishment of patents, new plant variety rights system as the core of agricultural intellectual property protection system, the full and effective use of the intellectual property system, encourage and guide the province of agricultural technology in independent innovation. The release of agricultural scientists and technicians to create the enthusiasm of the invention to improve our province and the Hercynian region＇s comprehensive competitiveness of agricultural production is particularly important.
