摘要
阐述农业知识产权的涵义,分析农业知识产权保护的现状和问题,提出加强农业知识产权保护的几点对策:强化农业知识产权意识,普及农业知识产权保护知识;加大产权保护力度,健全产权保护与监管机制;制定和实施国家农业知识产权战略等。
The author discusses the meaning of agriculture intellectual property, analyzes the present status and problems of agriculture intellectual property protection, and puts forward several countermeasures and advice on enhancing agriculture intellectual property protection： enhancing the consciousness of agriculture intellectual property and spreading the knowledge of agriculture intellectual property protection; increasing the degree of property protection and perfecting the mechanism of property protection and management; constituting and implementing the state stratagem of agriculture intellectual property,etc.
