摘要
本文综述了SPME/GC技术的基本原理、影响因素和优点,及其在环境监测及农药残留检测中应用的进展。
The SPME/GC technology, fundamental principe, influence factors and advatages are introduced. Its application in environment monitoring and pesticide residue analysis were reviewed.
