对危重患者强化胰岛素治疗的重新评价和认识 被引量：9

摘要 危重患者（无论既往有无糖尿病）由于应激状态的存在，血糖稳态失调，从而导致高血糖的发生。以往认为应激高血糖是机体对危重病的生理反应，然而2001年VandenBerghe等的研究结果却推翻了这种理念，得出的结论是强化胰岛素治疗可使外科重症监护病房（ICU）患者病死率下降4％，因而提出了强化胰岛素治疗的概念。强化胰岛素治疗是指静脉应用胰岛素控制血糖在正常范围，这一概念的提出引起了医学界的很大反响，陆续有一系列临床和动物研究验证其研究结果并探讨其内在机制。由于研究结果的不同，引发了较多争议，一些问题需重新认识和思索。
