摘要
安化县是湖南省红薯的主产区之一,目前安化县的红薯生产仍存在着种植规模小、缺乏优质专用品种、生产技术落后,深精加工薄弱等问题。近年来随着红薯消费需求的不断扩大,为安化县红薯产业的发展提供了新的契机。要全面提升安化红薯产业化的发展水平,必须扩大红薯种植规模、促进红薯加工业的发展、加强优质专用新品种的选育、研究推广配套高效栽培技术和建立健全种苗繁育体系。
Anhua County is one of the main production areas of sweet potato in Hunan Province. There are some problems existing in the production of sweet potato in Anhna County, such as small planting scale, lack of quality specialization varieties, backward production techniques and weak precision and deep processing industry, etc.. Recent years, the increasing demands of sweet potato consumption provide a new opportunity for development of sweet potato industry in Anhua County. To enhance the developmental level of sweet potato industry in Anhua County, it should enlarge planting scale of sweet potato, promote the development of sweet potato processing industry, strengthen the selection of quality specialization varieties, research and popularize the high-efficient integrated cultural technique and establish improved breed system.
