摘要
目的:探讨心理护理在产妇分娩过程中的效果。方法:将入住我院的674例产妇随机分为对照组和实验组各337例。对照组行常规基础护理,实验组在对照组基础行心理护理。观察两组产妇产后并发症及满意率情况。结果:实验组产后并发症显著低于对照组(P<0.05),产妇满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在产妇分娩过程中有重要作用,能减轻产妇的痛苦,提高产妇的舒适度,促进分娩过程的顺利进行,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective：To explore the effects of psychological nursing used for puerperant in the process of childbirth. Methods：674 puerperants in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups on average. Regular basic nursing were used in control group,and the psychological nursing were used in experimental group based on basic nursing. Results：the statistics showed that,postpartum complications in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the patient satisfaction rate in experimental group was significantly higher than in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：the psychological care in the childbirth process is playing an important role in relief of patients＇ pain and improvement of patients＇ comfort and promotion of childbirth process smoothly,so it deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
