摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对初产妇负性情绪、疼痛和分娩结局的影响。方法将206例适合阴道分娩的初产妇随机分为对照组(n=103)和观察组(n=103)。对照组予常规护理,观察组予舒适护理。结果护理干预后观察组的SAS评分明显低于干预前(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化。观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组阴道分娩率为94.17%,明显高于对照组的75.73%(P<0.05),观察组阴道分娩者的产程和产后2 h出血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可消除初产妇的负性情绪、减轻疼痛、降低剖宫产率,缩短产程和减少产后出血量。
Objective To investigate the effect of negative emotions,pain and outcome of labor on primiparas with comfort nursing. Methods A total of 206 primiparas who accorded with vaginal delivery were randomly divided into control group （n = 103） and observation group （n = 103）. The control group received routine nursing, observation group received comfort nursing. Results SAS score of observation group after nursing intervention was significantly lower than before （P 〈 0.05）, while the control group had no significant change.Pain degree of observation group was obvi- ously lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, vaginal delivery rate of observation group was 94.17%, was significant- ly higher than 75.73% of the control group（P 〈 0.05）, stage and postpartum hemorrhage 2 hours after labor of vaginal delivery were significantly less than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of comfort nursing during stages of labor can eliminate negative emotions, relieve pain, reduce cesarean rate, shorten stages of laborandpostpartum hem- orrhage 2 hours after labor.
