摘要
利用3种双酯型乌头碱(乌头碱、新乌头碱、次乌头碱)经水解得到3种乌头碱型生物原碱,即乌头原碱、新乌头原碱、次乌头原碱.应用一维和二维核磁共振(NMR,包括1H-1HCOSY,HMQC和HMBC)对这3种化合物的结构进行了分析,并对其1H和13C化学位移进行了全归属.
Three aconines:aconine,mesaconine,hypaconine were separated from the hydrolyzates of three diester-diterpenoid aconines aconitine,mesaconitine and hypaconitine.1H and 13 C NMR spectra(including 1 H-1 H COSY,HMQC and HMBC) of the compounds were acquired and assigned.The structures of the compounds were elucidated.The chemical shift assignments of 1H and 13C were made.
