摘要
利用H-HCOSY和C-HCOSY谱实现对~1H和^(13)C谱的指认和归属;利用HM-BC谱确定分子的骨架;根据~1H-~1H标量偶合常数的大小推出相邻碳原子上质子的相对位置;并结合其它谱学数据,确定了从天然产物分离得到的吡喃酮衍生物C_9H_(12)-O_4的化学结构并命名为2-(1’,2’-环氧丙烷基)-4-羟基-5-甲基-2-戊烯-5-酸内酯。
The chemical structure of a new pyranone derivative C_9H_(12)O_4 isolated recently from plant has been characterized by several NMR techniques and other spectral data. H-H COSY and C-H COSY were used to analyze and assign the  ̄1H and  ̄(13)C peaks, HMBC to confirm the molecular skeleton with quarternary carbons. The relative position of some protons on the adjacent atoms were derived from the scalar coupling information.The molecule was named as 2-( 1' , 2'-Expoxypropyl )- 4-hydroxy-5-methyl-2-penten-5-olide.
