单向固化法制备功能梯度热电材料PbTe 被引量:2

Preparation of Functional Graded Material PbTe Solidified under Temperature Grade

摘要 利用不同掺杂剂PbI2,Al和Zr对制备热电材料n-PbTe载流子浓度的影响,采用单向固化法制备具有连续载流子浓度的功能梯度热电材料.测试结果表明,连续载流子浓度的功能梯度材料PbTe比相同浓度焊接的功能梯度材料输出效率提高约30%. n-PbTe with continuous carrier concentration gradient as a functional graded material (FGM) was successfully solidified along the unidirectional temperature grade.The carrier concentration gradient was optimized by different dopants of PbI2,Al and Zr and solidifying temperature grade.The effective maximum output power for continuous FGM PbTe is near 30% larger than that for jointed FGM PbTe with the same carrier concentration.
