摘要
在民办高校迅速发展的同时,也必须看到投资者与校长的冲突十分普遍,并成为制约民办教育进一步发展的严重症结。投资者与校长的冲突,本质上是教育与商业的冲突．冲突是相对的,只要创造一定的条件,转化或缓解冲突是可能的。
While the non-government colleges are developing rapidly, the conflicts between investors and principals are widespread and have become the severe sticking point to restrict the further development of non-governmental education. The conflicts between investors and principals are essentially the conflicts between education and commerce. They are relative. Once certain conditions are created, it is possible to change and ease up the conflicts.
