摘要
目的观察洛赛克胶囊联合阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑片治疗消化性溃疡并幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法48例消化性溃疡并幽门螺杆菌感染病人(其中胃溃疡15例,十二指肠溃疡33例),均给予洛赛克胶囊20 mg口服,2次/d;阿莫西林胶囊1.0 g口服,2次/d;甲硝唑片0.4 g口服,2次/d。疗程为7 d。48例病人疗程结束后4周复查胃镜,并检测幽门螺杆菌。结果48例病人中,愈合率为91.7%(44/48),有效率为96.4%(46/48),幽门螺杆菌根除率为87.2%(42/48)。结论洛赛克胶囊联合阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑片是治疗消化性溃疡并幽门螺杆菌感染的理想药物。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined administration of Losec capsule, Amoxicillin capsules and Metronidazole tablets on peptic ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods forty-eight peptic ulcer cases with Helicobacter pylori infection,including 15 cases of gastric ulcer and 33 of duodenal ulcer,were treated for 7 days with losec capsules （20 mg orally taken twice/d）, amoxicillin capsules （1.0 g orally taken twice/d）, and metronidazole tablets （0. 4 g orally taken twice/d）. At 4 weeks after the treatment, the patients underwent gastroscopy and detection of Helicobacter pylori. Results For the 48 patients, the healing rate was 91.7% （44/48） ,effectiveness rate was 96.4% （46/48）, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 87.2% （42/48）. Conclusion The combined administration of Losec capsule, Amoxicillin capsules and Metronidazole tablets may be an ideal therapy for peptic ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection.
