摘要
目的建立肾衰泄浊颗粒中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定大黄素、大黄酚的含量,用YWG-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为35℃。结果大黄素在0.04-0.40μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.36%,RSD为0.82%;大黄酚在0.048-0.480μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为102.45%,RSD=1.05%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in ShenShuaiXieZhuo granules. Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol. The chromatographic conditions included YWG-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) ,methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(85 : 15)as the mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,wavelength of detector at 254 nm,and column temperature at 35 ℃.
