摘要
在导出摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构压力角计算公式的基础上,本文分析了机构的中心距、摆杆长度、基园半径三个基本尺寸参数与压力角之间的关系,并从中引出设计此种机构时值得注意的某些重要概念,最后讨论了这些参数的合理选择问题。
In this paper, a formula is presented for calculating pressure angles of disk cams with oscillating follower. Based on this formula, the rela- tionships between the 3 basic sizes(the central distance, the length of oscillating follower, the radius of base circle)and the pressure angle are analysed. In addition, some meaningful concepts concerning the me- chanism design of this type of cam arei ntroduced. At the end of the the- sis, suggestions as to how to select rational size parametres are given.
