摘要
本文研究了摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构按推程许用压力角确定基本尺寸的数学模型。在此基础上,利用计算机运算的数值建立了选择机构基本参数用的线图。研究结果表明,应用线图确定基本尺寸的方法,既正确又十分迅速、方便,很适宜在机械工程设计中使用。
In this paper,a mathematical model is introduced which,is meant for determining,in the light of the allowable pressure angles of actuating travel,basic dimensions of the disk cam with an oscillating follower. Based on the model,computer calculations are applied and graphs for se- lecting basic parameters of the mechanism are drawn.It is concluded that the graphic method for basic dimension determination proves not only Correct but also efficient and easy,which is of great use in mechanical engineering design.
