大麦黄矮病毒运动蛋白及其介导的小麦抗病性研究进展 被引量:2

Recent Advances in Function of Movement Protein of Barley Yellow Dwarf Virus and Its Application in Disease Resistance of Wheat

摘要 麦黄矮病毒依靠介体蚜虫传播引起小麦黄矮病,对我国麦类作物生产造成严重威胁。本文结合本课题组的研究,对大麦黄矮病毒编码的运动蛋白的生化特性、生物学功能及其介导小麦的抗病性等方面的研究进展进行了综述。该运动蛋白在病毒构成中能够结合病毒核酸,并与宿主细胞膜系统相互作用,是一个与黄矮病毒系统侵染相关的致病因子。 Barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) is transmitted by aphids and causes yellow dwarf disease in wheat, thus it is becoming a serious threat to triticeae crops production. Based on our studies in movement protein (MP) of BYDV, the latest knowledge on biochemical properties, biological function and disease reistance in wheat mediated by MP is reviewed in this paper. Up to now, it is known that BYDV-MP is capable of binding viral nucleotide acids and interacting with cellular membrane of host during BYDV systemic infection in plants, thus MP may be an important determinant for BYDV pathogenesis. This review will facilitate the deeper understanding on mechanism of interactions between BYDV and wheat plants and development of BYDV tolerant wheat cultivars in the future.
