摘要 大型工件在制造过程中需要拆卸到坐标测量机上进行测量,造成效率低下、质量不易控制等问题。本文提出一种用于大尺寸工件在机视觉测量的图像拼接方法。将摄像机安装在数控机床上,通过控制机床工作台移动,摄取多幅图像,并对其进行高精度拼接。探讨了图像拍摄规则、重叠图像对的合理定义、角点提取和射影变换矩阵的计算问题。尺寸测量结果验证了该方法的有效性和高精度、高效率。 Large-scale workpiece need to be measured on the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) in the manufacturing process, the remove from machine tool to CMM results in low efficiency and hard quality controlling. In this paper, an image mosaic method for on-machine vision measurement of large-scale workpiece was presented. The camera was mounted on the NC machine tool to acquire muhi-images by controlling the moving of working table, then images were spliced accurately. Rule of image taking, definition of overlapped image pairs, feature point detection and projective matrix computation were discussed. The size- measurement result proved the validity, high precision and high efficiency of this method.
