一种自标定的港口起重机械摄影测量方法

摘要 摄影测量技术作为一种新兴的测量技术,现今被广泛用于工程测量领域。将摄影测量应用于大型工程机械的测量,特别是港口起重机械时,受限于复杂的工作环境和机器本身庞大的体型,通常无法获得良好的拍摄角度和控制点。为克服这些问题,提出一种基于系统自标定的摄影测量方法。将普通数码相机和旋转平台连接,实现相机在空间中的旋转。在实验室内确定相机的旋转参数,正式拍摄时根据相机旋转的角度解算相机在空间中的位置和姿态,无需在港口起重机械上设置控制点。实验结果表明,解算出的待测点相对误差最大为1.84%,满足测量要求。 As an emerging engineering measurement technology,photographic measurement technology is widely used in the field of engineering measurement.The application of photogrammetry to the measurement of large construction machinery,especially in port cranes,is limited by the complex working environment and the large size of the machine itself,and usually does not achieve good shooting angles and control points.In order to overcome these difficulties,a method based on system self-calibration for circumferential photogrammetry is proposed.The ordinary digital camera is connected with the rotating platform to realize the rotation of the camera in space.The rotation parameters of camera are determined in the laboratory,and calculate the position and posture of the camera in space during the official shooting,this work realize the system self-calibration without setting control points.The experimental results show that the relative error of the solution to be measured is 1.84%,which meets the measurement requirements.
