摘要
目的建立接骨康合剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对大黄、青皮、当归进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中大黄素的含量。结果薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;大黄素进样量在0.01023~0.2046μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.63%,RSD为2.01%(n=9)。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于控制接骨康合剂的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Jiegukang Mixture. Methods Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei, Cortex Pericarpium citri reticu- latae viride, Radix Angelicae sinensis in Jiegukang Mixture were identified by TLC; The content of emodin was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC sports were fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference. The emodin kept the good linearity relation in the content range of 0. 010 23 -0.204 6 μg, r = 1. 000 0. The average recovery rate of emodin was 99.63%, the RSD was 2.01% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Jiegukang Mixture.
