摘要
双二茂铁基烷与三氯氧磷和二甲基甲螵胺作用,发生甲螵化反应,合成了几种双二茂铁基烷的醛基衍生物,后者与甲基酮或丙二酸进行缩合反应,分别得到了α,β-不饱和酮与不饱和酸。通过这些新化合物的红外光谱与质子核磁波谱,证实了它们的结构及其几何异构和构象异构现象。
A series of formyl derivatives of Bisferrocenylalkancs have been synthesized by the formylation reaction of Bisferrocenylalkanes with dimethylformamide in the presence of phosphorous oxychloride. The Condensations of these aldehydes with methyl-ketoncs and with malonic acid yield corresponding αβ-unsaturated derivatives. The IR and ~1HNMR spectra of these new compounds have also been studied. The geometrical and conformational isomerisms of various αβ-unsaturated ketoncs have been discussed on the basis of their IR and ~1HNMR spectra.
