摘要
本文从中国企业技术创新存在的不足和国外企业技术创新中来自政府方面的优势分析中得出中国实行政府财政支持企业技术创新的紧迫性;对政府财政支持企业技术创新这一制度本身进行了理论和实践两个不同角度的诠释,证明了实施政府财政支持企业技术创新的必要性。在此基础上本文提出了政府财政在支持企业技术创新中的政策建议。
This text analyses the shortage of the tec, hnical innovation of China＇s enterprises and the experience of the foreign government help their enterprises to do the technical innovation with public finance, and come the conclusion that the pressure China government help our enterprises to do the technical innovation with public finance. This text analyses the institution of the government help the enterprises to do the technical innovation from two different angles： the theory and the practice, and come the conclusion that the important of our government help the enterprises to do the technical innovation with public finance. From the basic of the analysis made above, the text brings forward the policy proposals of the government should take on.
