摘要
为了更加科学规范地对施工企业的信用进行综合评价,结合施工企业经营管理的特点,首先构建一个合理的施工企业信用评价指标体系,然后应用层次分析和模糊综合评价相结合的方法,确定各指标权重及企业的信用等级。实例分析的结果表明,信用指标的设置符合工程实际,模糊层次分析方法对实施施工企业的信用评价是可行的。
In order to evaluate the credit of construction enterprises with a more scientific and standardized method, a reasonable evaluation index system of construction enterprise credit was built firstly combined with the characteristics of construetion business management. Then the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to determine the index weight and the credit rating of enterprises. The results of case analysis showed that the credit index set was in line with the engineering practice, and the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method was feasible to evaluate the credit of construction enterprises.
