摘要
针对建设项目评标问题,提出将模糊相似优先比引入到评标中,建立基于模糊相似优先比的评标模型并应用于对投标单位的评估研究。实例表明:该方法简明直观,便于实现计算机应用,可有效提高工作效率,并能给出合理的总体评估结论。
Aiming at the tender evaluation of construction projects, fuzzy analogy preferred ratio was introduced and the tender evaluation model was established based on fuzzy analogy preferred ratio, which was then used in the assessment evaluation study. The results showed that this method was simply visual and easy for the computer application, so work efficiency could be increased effectively and could provide reasonable overall tender evaluation.
