摘要
用信息论方法研究了核酸序列编码区的不均匀性,将核酸序列分成3个子序列,发现第1个子序列的D_2,X和进化保持较好的相关性,第3个子序列的D_1值明显大于其它两个子序列,其F值也和进化保持好的相关性。讨论了缺失和插入对核酸信息参数的影响,这个分析可能有助于序列碱基的定位。
The heterogeneity of coding region of nucleic acid sequence is investigated by use of information—theoretic method. The sequence is divided into three sub—sequences. It is found that there exist good correlations of D_2,and X, of first sub—sequences with molecular evolution and the value of D_1of third sub—sequences is much greater than other two's. The influence of deletion and insertion of base on informational parameters is discussed, too.
