摘要 通过约束条件(Markov熵,G+C含量等选择约束因素)下的熵极大化导出核苷酸序列的碱基概率分布.理论值和实验资料的差别小于10%.发现拉格朗日乘子随着物种进化有系统变化. The probability distributions of bases in nucleotide sequences are deduced from maximum information principle (MIP) by maximizing the entropy (due to random mutatian of bases)under some constraints(Markovian entropy,G+C content,etc,due to selection).Twoformulations are given with respect to different selective constraints, The deviations of theo-retical distributions with experimental data are lower than 10%for most sequences. It is shown that the Lagrange multipliers change from species to species systematically which means the correlation of selective constrains with evolution.
