摘要
简述了环境激素,特别是水体中存在的内分泌干扰物的种类及其对环境和人体健康造成的危害。水体中环境激素的通常可以通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),固相萃取(SPE)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测技术进行检测。结果表明:目前我国水体中主要有三大类的环境激素,即:酞酸酯类化合物、农药类和外源性人体激素类;加强对水体中环境激素检测与治理对水资源的二次利用、人类健康及环境修复都具有重大意义。
