摘要 以硼砂、硫酸锌和硼酸为原料,在4h反应时间内制备出超细硼酸锌。通过正交优化实验,确定了影响产品质量的各因素关系,并首次提出硼砂和硼酸的质量比对硼酸锌质量的影响。通过电镜扫描及灼烧实验,验证了产品粒度在6μm以下、形貌为规则菱形、失结晶水温度大于250℃,所制备的硼酸锌具有较好的阻燃性能。 Preparation uhrafine zinc borate with borax, zinc sulfate and boric acid as raw materials in 4 hours. The relationship of various factors affecting the quality of products had been determined by orthogonal experiments, and the concept which the quality of the zinc borate was impact by the weight ratio of borax and boric acid was first proposed. It was verified that the size of the products particle was less than 6μm by electron microscope scanning and burning experiment, the morphology of the products was regular diamond, the water loss temperature was above 250℃, and the products had good flame -retardant properties.
