摘要
建立竹笋、平菇、猕猴桃等试验样品中20种有机磷农药的多残留快速检测方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂,超声波振荡提取,气相色谱火焰光度检测器测定,外标法定量。结果表明,20种农药在38min内可以很好分离,添加浓度在0.02~0.10mg·kg^-1范围内,20种有机磷农药的添加回收率在56.87%-115.20%,方法的相对标准偏差RSD小于15%(n=3),检出限为11—36ng·mL^-1。该方法一次性完成试验样品中20种有机磷农药的分离和测定,操作简单、灵敏,满足农药残留分析要求。
An analytical method for determination of organophosphorous pesticide residues in vegetable and fruits was developed. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and detected by gas chromatography with a flame phtometric detector. The external standard method was used for quantification. The average recoveries ranged from 56. 87% to 115.20% ,and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 15%. The detectable limits were from 11 to 36 ng·mL^-1 for all pesticides. This method efficiently be used to separate and determine 20 kinds of organophosphorous pesticides in the vegetable and fruits.
