摘要
首先界定代建制项目治理能力的概念,借鉴"项目管理成熟度即项目管理过程成熟度"的传统框架,提出用项目的决策权配置过程代替项目管理成熟度的管理过程维度,据此构建了代建制项目治理成熟度模型。定义了其关键域及其目标,模型拓展了"项目管理成熟度"管理过程的概念;为代建项目治理能力的评价与持续改进提供一种途径和方法。
Firstly define the concept of agent-construction project governance capacity, refer to the raditional framework of "Project Management Maturity Project Management Process Maturity". The decision-making power of project was proposed to replace the project management process maturity. Thus it was finished to construct agency-construction project governance maturity model. It defined the key field and its goals. The model expands the concept of the management process of the "Project Management Maturity" and provides a means and method for project evaluation and continuous improvement of agency,construction project governance ability.
