跨国企业的最佳实践活动往往都形成了自己完善的方法论和丰富的实践经验,初级TTT培训在构建企业大学过程中的作用至关重要,本文系统的介绍了优秀跨国公司企业大学中初级TTT培训的原理和内容,共分三个方面:a、营造和管理学习环境,b、锻炼和提升培训技能,c、构建和关注学习过程,本文还详细介绍了此培训在实践中的应用过程。
Multinational companies have well-developed methodology and rich experience in building corporate university. Basic TTT Training plays a significant role in corporate university. Focusing on the principles and contents Of Basic TIT Training, this article divides into the following three sections: a.creating and managing learning environment; b. practicing and improving training skills; c. constructing and attending to learning process. The application of the Basic TTT Training is also discussed.
