摘要
目的提高临床护理单元护士老年护理专业知识与技能,适应人口老龄化在护理方面的需求。方法将培训者培训模式应用于临床护士老年专科护理培训,筛选适合培训者培训模式的老年护理骨干并界定其任务,由课题组负责对老年护理骨干进行老年护理相关知识及技能培训,创建培训者培训工作平台;培训者培训合格后再对临床护理单元护士进行老年护理相关知识及技能培训。结果开展培训者培训模式后,老年护理骨干的老年护理知识与技能,教学、组织管理、科研及批判性思维能力考核成绩优良率显著高于培训前(P<0.05,P<0.01);单元护士老年护理知识与技能成绩优良率显著高于培训前(P<0.01,P<0.05)。老年患者对护理服务满意率显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论培训者培训模式能促使培训者向老年专科护士发展,能多方位多层次培养老年护理人才,为老年患者提供专业、安全、优质的护理服务,提高老年患者对护理服务的满意率。
Objective To improve clinical nurses' knowledge and skills in geriatric nursing care and to meet the health care need of aging population. Methods A train-the-trainer mode was applied to train geriatric nurse specialists: first, several excelent geriatric nurses were selected and their task was determined; then, the research group was responsible for the training of these geriatric nurses with the relevant caring knowledge and skills of aging population, and a training platform was accordingly set up for them; after these geriatric nurses were qualified, they would be responsible for the training of nurses working in different units. Results After the training, the geriatric nurses had significant improvement in the knowledge and skills of caring for the aging people, teaching, management, scientific research, and ability of critical thinking as compared with the situation before the training (P〈 0.05,P〈0.01); the knowledge and skills of the clinical nurses in various units was significantly better than before the training (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Besides, the elderly patients were much more satisfied with nursing service than before(P〈0.05, P〈 0.01). Conclusion The train-the-trainer mode can prompt the trainees to be geriatric nurse specialists in multi-direction and Inulti- layer. The elderly patients are more satisfied with them for their professional, safe, and quality nursing service.
