摘要
目的通过监测多形核白细胞(PMN)在受到各种炎性介质激活后,因呼吸爆发而发生一系列吞噬氧化反应导致细胞损伤时所产生的发光强度,进一步探讨各种炎性因素与动脉化静脉皮瓣坏死的关系。方法测量4组不同的动脉化静脉皮瓣术后各时间段的PMN发光值,以经典动静脉皮瓣组作对照。结果发现在动脉化静脉皮瓣成活过程中,多形核粒细胞的吞噬发光活动明显高于经典动静脉皮瓣。结论有多形核粒细胞参与的炎性反应。
Objective In order to investigate the role of some inflammatory media in necrosis of arterialized veuous flap, the PMN induce phagocytose luminescence and cell trauma which were activated by some inflammatory media and breathing outbreak have been studied.Methods Monitoring the PMN phagocytose luminescence of four groups of arterialized veuous flaps and a group of traditional A-V flap in different time after the operation. Results The phagocytose luminescence of PMN in the necrosis of arterializedveuous flap was discovered to be more than in the traditional A-V flap.Conclusion The PMN inflammation play some important role in the necrosis of arterialized veuous flap.
