摘要
目的：利用兔耳动脉化静脉皮瓣模型，观察皮瓣的成活过程，探讨其成活机制。方法：实验采用３０只兔５６侧耳随机分为４组。观察方法包括肉眼观察、荧光素试验、Ｘ线造影、透明标本、血气分析、组织学检查及扫描电镜。结果：实验组成活２２／２６，对照１组成活５／１０，对照２组成活４／１０，对照３组成活１０／１０。实验组与对照１、２组结果的差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５），而与对照３组结果的差异无显著性意义（Ｐ＞０．１）结论：实验结果肯定了兔耳动脉化静脉皮瓣能够成活。并证明动脉化静脉灌注的有效性。
Objective:This paper reports an experimental study of arterialised venous flap on rabbit ears to probe into its circulatory mechanism by the observing survival process of the flap.Methods:Thirty healthy rabbits of both sexes were selected.56 ears of the rabbits were divided into four groups randomly.The methods included:(1)gross observation;(2) fluorescein test;(3)angiographic examination;(4)observation of transparent specimen;(5) blood gas analysls;(6) histological examination;and scanning electron microscopy.Results:Survival of the flap in every group were as follow:22 of 26 flaps were survival in study group;5 of 10 flaps were survival in control group 1;4 0f 10 flaps were survival in control group 2;10 of 10 flaps were survival in control group 3.Study group was significantly different from control group 1 and 2(P<0.05,P<0.05 respectively).There was no significant difference in flap survival between study group and control group 3(P>0.1).Conclusions:The results confirmed that the experimental model of arterialised venous flap on rabbit ears can survive and demonstrated the validity of perfusion of the flap.
