摘要
本文通过分析我国传染病学教学中现存的主要问题，如教学基地不足，病例病种不能满足教学需要，教师素质参差不齐，学生学习习惯改变，缺少国外教学经验参考和借鉴，国内外传染病专业性教学网络资源不足等，结合中山大学附属第三医院传染病学教研室教学工作经验，提出近期传染病学教学改革的思路：继续教育中重视传染病学知识的教育，加强多校合作，进行网络常规教学资源建设，充分发挥各级传染病学精品课程的示范作用，探讨传染病学双语学习的教学内容及方法，鼓励研究生及本科生参与传染病学教学资源建设和应用。
Infectious disease teaching is still very important in China. In the new century some problems and new requirements appear in the teaching of infectious disease. We analyze the exiting problems of infectious disease clinical teaching and found that the base and case for infectious disease teaching are insufficiency, the quality of faculty team needs to be improved, students＇ learning habits have changed, there are no teaching experience of abroad that can be used for reference, and professional Internet resources are short. Combining our teaching experience we propose some reforming ideas： we should pay more attention to the infectious disease in continuing medical education; strengthen cooperation among different schools and build up Internet teaching resources; bring the best courses into full play; probe bilingual teaching in infectious disease education; and establish learning center according to students＇ study habits.
