摘要
"五校联考"降低了考生报考成本,同时改进成绩评价与报告方式,加强与中等教育的联系,增强了高校的服务意识。但在通用基础测试的科学性、面试环节的透明度、改革试行中的公平与效率问题等方面,仍有待深入研究和完善。总的来说,我国高校自主招生改革必须首先明确其定位,端正其角色,不越位且不失位,发挥应有功能;改革过程中必须时刻以公平和效率作为根本原则和价值诉求,遵循教育规律,遵从促进人的发展这一教育核心价值。
Associated Examination Conducted by Five Universities indicates the universities have stronger sense of services as shown by cutting down examinees＇ enrollment cost as well as improving the score evaluation and report process. Meanwhile, it enhances the interaction between universities and high schools. However, it still needs improvement as for the scientific study of general exam, the transparency of the interview process, the efficiency and fairness problems caused in the trial phase of the reform. In summary, the reform of autoromous enrollment system of higher education in China needs to fix its orientation, conduct itself well and give full scope to ruction. Efficiency and fairness should be considered as the basic principle in the reform. Besides, we should comply with educational laws and deucational core value,which aims at the development of human being.
