摘要
针对苯乙烯生产中遇到的苯乙烯聚合物堵塞设备,从而影响装置正常运行的原因从苯乙烯聚合机理方面进行分析,并结合国内同类装置预防聚堵的实际经验进行比较,提出采用凝水改造等技术手段防止聚堵现象的发生,确保装置安稳长满优运行。
During the production of styrene,styrene polymer may block up equipments,which affects the normal running of equipments.In view of this problem,this article makes a theoretical analysis on the cause of it on the respect of polymerization mechanism of styrene,and by comparing with the practical experience of domestic similar equipments on preventing polymer blockage,finally a plan directed to？？the characteristics of styrene equipments in the Chemical Plastics Plant was put forward to prevent polymer blockage by means of condensate reconstruction and other technological measures and thereby to ensure the safe,stable,long-term,full-load and optimum operation of styrene equipments.
