摘要
研究了加少量乙苯的苯乙烯热引发本体聚合于120~170℃聚合速率在0~95%转化率内的变化规律,建立了如下聚合动力学模型:(dx)/(dt)=A[M]_0^(382)(1-x)^(5/2)/(1+∈x)^(3/2)其中 A=[]A_0+A_1x+A_2x^2+A_3x^3,x 表示转化率A_i(i=0,1,2,3)是温度和乙苯含量的函数。实验测定了不同聚合阶段的转化率,并进行了参数回归。
An experimental study of bulk thermal polymerization kinetics of styrene with a little ethylbenzene in temperature range 100~170℃ and conversion range 0~95% is reported.The polymerization kinetics model can be shown as: dx/dt=A[M]_0^(3/2)(1-x)^(5/2)/(1+∈x)^(3/2) where A=[(2k_1)/(k_1/k_P^2)]^(1/2)=sum from i=0 to 3 A_ix^i.In this equation,x indicates the conversion and A_i(i=0,1,2,3) varies with temperature and the amount of ethylbenzene in the system.The model parameters are obtained by regression from the experimental data.
