摘要
应用ICP/AES分析技术测定了铸造厂炉工(接触组)和制帽厂工人(对照组)各32例头发样品中的Mo、Zn、Pb、Cd、Co、Ni、Mn、Fe、Cr、Ca、Mg、Cu、A1、Sr和Ba15种金属元素的含量。结果表明:接触组发中Pb、Cu、Mg和Ca的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而Co和Al明显低于对照组(P<0.O1和P<0.05);其余元素两组差异不显著。提示发中金属元素能够反映环境接触的水平和对体内其他金属元素代谢的影响。
Fifteen elements (Mo, Zn, Pb, Cd, Co, Ni, Mn, Fe, Cr, Ca, Mg, Cu, Al; Sr and Ba) were determined by ICP/AES process in 32 hair samples taken from furnace workers of a foundry as the exposed group and in cqual number ofhair samples from workers of a cap manufactory as controls. The results indicated that the contents of lead, copper, magnesium and calcium in the hair were significantly higher in the exposed group than in controls, but the contents of cobalt and aluminum in the hair were significantly higher in the control group than in the exposed group. There was positive correlation between exposure and the contents of lead and calcium respectively. Contrarily, the contents of Cobalt and aluminum showed negative correlation in respect to the exposed group. The study shows that the metallic elements of hair can reflect the level Of exposure and its effecl on the melabholism of these metallic elements.
