摘要
抑郁症的发病率高并且难以根治,因此正确了解、认识和应用抗抑郁药物非常重要。近年来,国内外对抗抑郁药物的基础研究、开发和临床应用都有新的突破。本文综述了各种抗抑郁药物的临床应用进展。
It is very important to get a correct concept of the antidepressants because of high incidence and refractoriness of depression. Recently, some breakthrough has been made in basic research, development and clinical use of antidepressants. The progress in clinical application of antidepressants is reviewed in this paper.
