摘要
以钦州港为研究对象,分析其发展趋势,利用经济生成率法和弹性系数法预测该港口的货物吞吐量和集装箱吞吐量,估算进、出港口的车辆需求,并在此基础上提出钦州港集疏运设施规划建设的对策.基于横、纵向比较,提出的港口吞吐量和集疏运需求预测方法以及港口集疏运设施规划方法可供国内港口新一轮规划建设参考.
Taking Qinzhou port as an example, its development trend is obtained, and its cargo and container throughput is forecasted respectively by using economic generation rate method and elastic coefficient method, subsequently the vehicle demand is estimated. Then, the coun- termeasures on the plan and construction of port collection and distribution of facilities are put forward. The demand forecasting method for cargo and container throughput based on horizontal and vertical comparisons and the planning method of port collection and distribution of facilities can be as a reference for a new domestic port construction.
