摘要
高新技术企业长期激励制度的设计与实施依赖于企业特征、员工特征和激励制度特征,而高新技术企业长期激励制度的效果主要集中在激励效果(激励效应)和员工队伍结构改变(分选效应)两个方面.较系统地梳理了学者围绕高新技术企业长期激励制度特征、员工队伍特征、长期激励制度的机理和效果的研究成果,并结合薪酬激励效应和分选效应理论研究的最新进展,提出目前研究成果的相对不足和未来的研究方向.
The establishment and implementation of the long - term incentive system of high - tech enterprises depend on the characteristics of the enterprises, the staff and the incentive system itself. The effects of long - term incentive system of high - tech enterprises are focused on the incentive effects (incentive effect) and the structural changes in the workforce (sorting effect). The present paper systematically reviews the research findings concerning the mechanism and effectiveness of the three above - mentioned aspects in high - tech enterprises. It then points out the inadequacy of the present studies and puts forward the future research directions, combined with the latest developments in the salary incentive effects and the sorting effects.
