摘要 根据历史维护数据确定桥梁维护时间和维护成本,在全寿命成本分析方法(LCCA)的基础上,发展了一种基于全寿命成本的桥梁材料决策的新思路.在满足桥梁结构服役期内性能要求下,考虑桥梁服役期的维护策略和维护成本,以桥梁寿命期内全寿命总成本现值最小为目标对设计方案进行决策.桥梁全寿命优化设计方法强调桥梁结构状态性能预测、全寿命成本以及维护方案的共同参与,具有概念明确,易于操作等特点.通过对桥梁材料的决策研究,验证了全寿命设计方法的合理性. Based on the life-cycle cost analysis method, a new bridge whole-life design approach was proposed to evaluate design strategies by the minimum of life-cycle cost subject to bridge lifetime serviceability. Cost models of maintenance cost, user cost and society cost were derived out. The key contents and procedure of the whole-life design method based on LCCA were investigated. The optimal strategy was decided by constructing hybrid life-cycle cost optimization model associated with traffic model, structural performance assessment and prediction model and cost models, etc. The whole life design method stresses the interaction of maintenance actions, life-cycle cost and lifetime performance, and has characteristics of explicit concept and easy operation. The validity of this method was demonstrated by a numerical example, and effect to cost evaluation of discount rate and analysis base year were analyzed. The realization of this method can not only assure long-term serviceability of bridge, but also control long-term investments and decreases adverse impacts on society.
