一种卫星导航接收机低噪放的设计与实现

摘要 介绍了一种工作在1.1GHz^1.6GHz的多模卫星导航接收机低噪声放大器的设计与实现。为使低噪声放大器在较宽频带内的增益平坦度达标,采用的是源极串联负反馈方式。对低噪声放大器进行了设计和仿真,确定了其能够稳定工作、并且噪声特性和增益满足要求的电路形式。对实际电路的调试、测试结果证明了设计的正确性。 This paper introduces the design and realization of a 1.1GHz - 1.6GHz LNA used in muti - mode satellite navigation receiver. For the sake of good gain flatness in the concerned frequency band, series nagative feedback at sourse cathode is used. The design and simulation of the LNA is carryied out. The design of a stabilized circuit which has good noise figure and gain flatness is reached. At the end,the circuit was implemented, debugged and tested for the validity of the design.
