摘要
目的:探讨吻合器痔上粘膜环切术(PPH)治疗重度痔病的临床应用价值。方法:应用PPH手术治疗60例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期脱垂性痔。结果:手术平均时间20min,术后住院时间2～5d,95%的患者对手术效果满意,随访1个月—1年,无复发、肛瘘和大便失禁。结论:吻合器痔上粘膜环切术具有安全、有效、术后痛苦少、住院时间短和恢复快等优点。吻合口的高度是影响疗效的重要因素。
Objective： To investigate the clinical application of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoid. Methods： Sixty cases of prolapsed hemorrhoid at the third or fourth degree were operated on by PPH. Results： The average operation time was 20 min, hospitalization time after operation was from 2 to 5 days, 95% patients were satisfied with operation. No relapse, anal fistula and encopresis occurred within 1 - 12 months follow up. Conclusions： PPH is a safe and effective treatment for prolapsed hemorrhoid at the third or fourth degree with the advantages of fewer pain after operation ,shorter hospitalization time and quicker recovery. Anastomotic site is an important factor of influencing the effect of treatment.
