摘要
先用硫酸钛催化油中游离脂肪酸和甲醇酯化生成脂肪酸甲酯,再用多孔氧化钙催化油中的甘油三酯和甲醇进行酯交换,对固体酸碱非均相催化含酸油脂生产生物柴油进行了研究。结果表明,硫酸钛对酯化反应具有很强的催化活性,优化条件下,酯化率达到97.1%;而多孔氧化钙活性高,用量少,酯交换转化率达96.1%。该2步催化法具有不产生酸化废水,成本低,转化率高,催化剂可回收等优点。
FFA of waste oil was esterified with methanol catalyzed by titanium sulfate in the first step, and then triglyceride (TG) of waste oil was transesterified with methanol catalyzed by porous CaO. The preparation of biodiesel from high fatty acid oil by heterogeneous catalysis with solid acid and solid base was studied. The results showed that titanium sulfate had strong activity to catalyze the estersification. Under the optiinal condition, the esterification rate of free fatt5 acid was 97.1%. The porous CaO had strong transesterification activity,the conversion rate of oil was 96.1%. This new process had many advantages, such as no acidic wastewater, high efficiency, low cost equipment, and the recovery of catalyst.
