摘要
随着市场竞争的加剧,从2007年起,珠三角中小企业的发展已经出现了拐点。文章认为,这主要是珠三角中小企业长期忽视战略规划所造成的。文章分析了珠三角中小企业缺乏战略的原因,提出了必须加强对企业战略的认识,选择合适的市场竞争策略和营销策略,建设优秀的企业文化等转型途径。
With the intensifying of the market competition, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Pearl River Delta had come up with inflection point since 2007. This paper takes their ignorance of strategic planning as the cause to analyze the reason of their lacking of strategy, then raises a series of transition means, such as strengthen the understanding of business strategy, choose the right competition strategy and marketing strategy, building excellent corporate culture, etc.
