摘要
以乳酸芽孢杆菌SC为出发菌株,紫外线-亚硝基胍复合诱变出200个菌株,进行培养液pH值、抑菌活性、芽孢形成率的测定,再进行稳定性和急性毒性试验。结果表明,乳酸芽孢杆菌SC27诱变菌株与出发菌株比较,培养液pH值降低了10.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径增大了23.9%,对大肠埃希菌的抑菌圈直径增大了20.7%,芽孢形成率达到36.1%;该菌株产酸、产活性物质及芽孢形成的性能稳定,并属于无毒物质。
Combined mutation with different doses of UV, concentration of nitrosoguanidine and processing of time was applied to starting strain of lactic acid bacillus strain SC. Medium pH, rate of antimicrobial activity and sporulation, followed with test of stability and acute toxicity of 200 selceted mutants strains were determined. The results showed that compared to the original, pH of medium decreased by 10.8%, inhibition zone diameter on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli increased by 23.9% and 20.7% respectively, and sporulation rate reached 36.1% for the mutant strain SC27. The mutant strain SC27 has stable properties on production of acid and active substances, and sporulation as well. It was non-toxic substance.
